Ryfields Gym offers safe, friendly classes in a calm, welcoming space.
We focus on enjoyment, good technique, and steady progress, with no judgment, loud crowds, or pressure to perform.
What we offer

Gym
A friendly welcoming Gym, open every day between 6am and 8pm, where you can train at your own pace. No crowds, no pressure and no egos. Just a simple, well equipped place to build strength and confidence without feeling watched.

Classes
Small group classes led by Becky who actually pays attention. Sessions are fun, safe, supportive and adaptable so everyone can work at their own level whilst still be challenged and encouraged.
Plus the nights out are awesome!

Personal Training
One to One coaching focused on what you need. Strength, mobility, fitness, confidence or simply just accountability.
Sessions are yours, tailored to you and your goals, delivered to be fun and get you where you need to be.
